Phase-II of monitoring system completed

City District Government Karachi (CDGK) on Friday successfully linked the most important Phase-II corridor of the Command and Control System with the Command and Control Centre at the Civic Centre. The corridor was linked using 16 cameras that connect Nishtar Park, its adjoining streets and major roads and the M A Jinnah Road from Numaish Chowrangi to Tower. The CDGK established the Command and Control System under the supervision of experts to monitor the situation of the city with the help of modern technology and cameras. In the first phase, Corridor I and II were connected to the system with the help of 56 cameras and the situation of the city is being monitored using these cameras. Jamshed Town

Jamshed Town is the largest of the towns in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan and lies in the central part of Karachi. To the northwest is Liaquatabad Town across the Lyari River, while to the east is Gulshan Town and to the southeast is Korangi Town across the Malir River. Jamshed is bordered by Karachi Cantonment and Clifton Cantonment to the west.
